LHH is partnering with a financial services firm located in Oklahoma City, OK. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent accounting or finance graduates looking to kick-start their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Statement Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements.

    • Identify key financial trends and indicators.

  2. Risk Analysis:

    • Collaborate with the risk management team to evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios.

    • Assist in developing risk assessment models and strategies.

  3. Investment Support:

    • Work closely with the investment team to assist in the evaluation and analysis of investment opportunities.

    • Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts.

  4. Reporting:

    • Prepare comprehensive reports on financial analysis, risk assessments, and investment performance.

    • Communicate findings and insights to internal teams and clients.

  5. Modeling:

    • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.

    • Assist in building and refining forecasting models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or other Business field preferred

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis and risk assessment.

  • Familiarity with investment principles and financial modeling.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
