- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and office organization.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
