Deputy Chief, Advancement
The Deputy Chief, Advancement provides strategic leadership for fundraising, marketing, and communications to drive revenue growth and mission visibility. This role develops and executes an integrated Advancement Strategy and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a unified Advancement team to achieve fundraising and engagement goals.
Develop and implement strategies for revenue generation, communications, and marketing.
Build and maintain donor relationships; identify new funding opportunities.
Promote organizational visibility and impact through cohesive campaigns.
Serve on the Senior Leadership Team; travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in nonprofit fundraising, with senior leadership experience.
Proven success in strategic planning and integrated advancement efforts.
Strong understanding of fundraising, programs, and advocacy.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year
