Accounts Receivable Analyst, Direct Hire, Hybrid NYC
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable property management firm to fill a permanent Accounts Receivable Analyst position. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule with time spent in a beautiful Midtown Manhattan office. If you have 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and are eager to support the financial operations of a dynamic property management portfolio, apply for immediate consideration!
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Reconcile tenant accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
Assist with month-end close and audit preparation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Experience with accounting software (Yardi, MRI, or Buildium).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
$65-75K
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
