LHH is supporting a well-regarded client in the non-profit space who is looking to fill an open Accounts Receivable Accountant role on a contract basis. There could be permanent potential for the right candidate. Some in-office work in Manhattan, NY is required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the AR ledger
Maintain gift processing database
Perform cash applications
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform GL account analysis as needed
Prepare month-end reconciliations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of relevant AR/Accounting experience
Prior experience utilizing large ERP system preferred
Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Compensation: $27 - $35/hr, depending on experience.
