  • Partner with business leaders to proactively address workforce issues, drive compliance‑forward decision‑making, and support a healthy, high‑performance culture.

  • Work hand‑in‑hand with HRBPs to provide coaching, guidance, and insights that inform talent strategy, performance management, and manager capability building.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both HR and business stakeholders, offering data‑driven recommendations that balance employee advocacy with organizational risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting sensitive and complex HR investigations.

  • Working knowledge of NYC, NY State, California and federal employment laws.

  • Strong judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Experience in a high‑growth or fast‑paced environment strongly preferred.
