LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Payroll Specialist for a great company in Miramar, FL. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in full cycle payroll and garnishments. Multi-state experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of HRIS and Time & Attendance database.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions, via HRIS.
- Compute wages and deductions and enter data into related systems.
- Oversees the proper processing of all payroll terminations, benefits, cancellations, and COBRA notifications.
- Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Payroll certification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred or relevant experience for 3-5 years
- Full Time, Onsite, Contract
- Pay Range: 26-28/hr
