We are hiring for a Payroll Manager in Milwaukee, WI. This position is open due to a growing team of four and you will play a part in leading as well as producing. You will be supporting a large complex payroll (multi-state) and report to the CFO. This position offers a hybrid schedule (working Mondays/Fridays from home). If you have at least five years of experience in leading payroll, this could be a good fit for you.

Payroll Manager Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead payroll team

• Assist and review in the processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls

• Participate in software integration and configuration

• Provide reporting to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Five or more years of payroll leadership experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Workday software experience desired

• Professional communication skills both verbal and written
