LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Mesa, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time onsite Monday through Friday position. Pay range depending on experience is $18.00-$22.00/per hour.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders and addressing issues via email and telephone communication.
  • Provide callers with information regarding service fulfillment, account details, contract rates, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints, research, make corrections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide shipping and tracking details, including email receipts to customers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for order facilitation and service-related issues.
  • Assist customers in meeting service level requirements as outlined by the service center manager.
  • Foster a high-quality work environment to motivate team members to perform at their best.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned or necessary.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus!
  • At least 2 years of recent call center/customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
