Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Mesa who is in search of a customer service representative. This role will be fully in office for the first four months, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. After, if you are are meeting expectations, there will be hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with billing questions, payment processing, and account inquiries.
  • Apply payments to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers and update account information as needed.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and federal drug screen
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a high-volume environment, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and interacting with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
