About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst III – Tableau Contractor to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and data visualizations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a data professional who thrives on transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.

This role requires strong expertise in Tableau and SQL, preferably within a Snowflake environment. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and data teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

What You’ll Do

• Build Tableau dashboards from the ground up

• Enhance and optimize existing reports for performance and usability

• Write and refine complex SQL queries to support reporting needs

• Work within Snowflake or similar data warehouse environments

• Troubleshoot data and visualization issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Identify risks early and align expectations across teams

• Operate within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks

• Maintain compliance with quality and documentation standards, with a strong commitment to product quality and patient safety

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience

• Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, performance tuning, data modeling)

• Experience working with Snowflake (preferred)

• 6–9 years of professional experience with a BA

  4–7 years of experience with an MBA

• Experience building dashboards end-to-end (not just modifying existing reports)

• Strong understanding of data structures and visualization best practices

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
