Job Summary: LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join one of our clients in Marietta, GA. This role is pivotal in managing various HR functions and providing comprehensive support to middle management and the leadership team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Efficiently oversee payroll processing for 75 employees using Paycore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to middle management and the leadership team, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
Visa Documentation: Handle all aspects of visa documentation, working closely with attorneys to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve issues, including tariff adjustments, and foster a cohesive work environment.
AI Initiatives: Lead and drive AI initiatives within the HR department, bringing innovative ideas to enhance HR processes and operations.
Confidentiality and Recruiting: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all HR matters and manage the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent.
Travel Scheduling: Coordinate and manage light travel scheduling for employees as needed.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
Requirements:
Payroll Processing: Proven experience in payroll processing, with proficiency in Paycore, ADP, or Workday.
HR Systems: Strong knowledge of HR systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Leadership Support: Demonstrated ability to support leadership and collaborate effectively across departments.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Adaptability: High energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
