LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources with 12 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity, located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, ensuring HR strategies support business objectives and operational priorities.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enable organizational transformation and workforce optimization.
- Champion a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Use data-driven insights to forecast talent needs, optimize labor costs, and identify organizational capability gaps.
- Develop and maintain workforce plans that align with long-term business strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on HR metrics and analytics to inform executive decision-making.
- Drive change management initiatives that support organizational growth and adaptability.
- Collaborate with leadership to design programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to set direction and influence organizational outcomes.
- HR Strategy Development: Expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Workforce Planning: Skilled in forecasting and resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using analytics to guide HR and business strategies.
- Change Management: Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
Employment Type: Temporary
Salary: $65-95/hr
Pay Details: $65.00 to $95.00 per hour
