Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role involves managing communications, coordinating office logistics, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

  • Manage office communications and supplies.

  • Coordinate mail and package handling.

  • Organize meeting rooms and support company events.

  • Assist with onboarding and general HR coordination.

  • Maintain office cleanliness and liaise with maintenance.

  • Support process improvements and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in office administration is a plus.
