My client, with locations in Madison and Stoughton, is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians on 1st and 2nd shift at both locations. The mission is to support equipment reliability and performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting automation and instrumentation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair machinery

  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Support equipment selection and automation initiatives

  • Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and internal EHS standards

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Skilled in welding, assembly/disassembly, and heavy equipment handling

  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
