Accounts Receivable Clerk | Louisville, KY | Full-Time | Contract-To-Hire
Join our growing team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Louisville, KY! We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and post customer payments.
Prepare and distribute invoices promptly.
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients.
Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.
Generate aging reports and assist with month-end close.
Maintain accurate financial records and support audits.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting is a plus
2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance.
Proficiency in MS Office and an accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
