Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of remote and in-person Desktop Support experience (supporting: monitors, peripherals, chargers, drives, cables, batteries, phones, software applications, computer hardware, Tablets etc.)
- Required: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
- Required: 3+ years of experience with SharePoint
- Required: 3+ years of experience Teams
- Required: 1+ year of experience with iManage + other legal applications
- Required: Azure; hardware and AV troubleshooting experience.
- Required: Experience working at a law firm
- Required: Hybrid (remote and on-site) meeting and conference room setup and support experience
- Required: Experience running tests on Network Infrastructure (routers, switches etc.)
- Required: Experience with remote access tools.
- Very Nice To Have: Experience with Lenovo laptop and desktop computers
- Schedule: On-Call Rotation every 6-7 weeks for after hours support. May be required to participate in Saturday morning testing sessions (approx. twice per year).
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
