- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
