We are looking for a meticulous and experienced High Volume Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and possess strong Excel skills to manage and process payroll for a large number of employees efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for a high volume of employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions, benefits, and taxes.

  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.

  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

  • Generate and analyze payroll reports using Excel.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
