We seek an HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand ADA regulations and have experience managing compliance and accommodations processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and oversee ADA compliance programs.

· Serve as the primary contact for ADA-related inquiries.

· Assess and implement workplace accommodations.

· Provide ADA-related training to staff.

· Collaborate with legal counsel on ADA policies.

· Maintain records of ADA accommodations requests.

· Monitor changes in ADA legislation and update policies.

· Conduct ADA compliance audits.

· Promote inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of HR experience focusing on ADA compliance.

· In-depth knowledge of the ADA.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

· Experience conducting ADA training sessions.

· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

· Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) or similar certification.

· Experience in a large, diverse organization.

· Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
