Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $90K to $110K per year along with comprehensive benefits.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid 4 Days Onsite

LHH is working with a National Law Firm in seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their Downtown Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience and a strong command of the litigation lifecycle from case initiation through trial. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pre-filing investigation, discovery, and trial preparation

• Coordinate and manage the intake and tracking of discovery-related requests and documents

• Draft and prepare discovery-related correspondence, document requests, and other legal filings

• Organize, manage, and maintain both physical and electronic files and litigation databases

• Maintain a detailed discovery docket and ensure all deadlines are tracked and met

• Interact professionally with clients, outside counsel, and internal legal team members

• Conduct independent research using legal research tools and databases

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a commercial litigation setting

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work

• Experience handling and organizing large document productions and maintaining detailed litigation calendars

• Familiarity with litigation support platforms and electronic filing procedures

• Ability to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
