Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for dealership employees.
Calculate and verify commissions for sales staff based on sales performance.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and commissions.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other regulatory reports.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Assist with year-end payroll reporting and audits.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Proven experience in payroll processing and commission calculations.
Proficiency in CDK software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
