Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for dealership employees.

  • Calculate and verify commissions for sales staff based on sales performance.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and commissions.

  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other regulatory reports.

  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

  • Assist with year-end payroll reporting and audits.

  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and commission calculations.

  • Proficiency in CDK software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
