Receptionist – Kent, WA (100% Onsite)
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$20 – $25/hr Pay Rate | Temp-to-Hire
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join a small, privately-owned business that pulled in $40M in revenue last year. The company operates in a hardcore, construction-type environment, but the office has a unique setup—it's a converted house where bedrooms serve as offices and cubicles fill the main area.
This isn’t a rigid corporate role—it’s all about keeping things running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys being the face of the office, keeping things organized, and supporting a hardworking team, this could be a great fit for you!
What You'll Do:
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Administrative Assistance
• Maintain office supplies and order replenishments as needed
• Assist with scheduling, document filing, and data entry
• Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks
Employee & Client Interaction
• Help employees with general inquiries and direct them to the right departments
• Provide basic assistance with forms, paperwork, and office policies
• Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A friendly and professional demeanor
Prior office or receptionist experience preferred (but not required)
Why You’ll Love This Job:
No strict dress code – be comfortable while staying professional
A laid-back but hardworking team environment
Opportunity to grow and transition into a permanent role
If you’re ready to be the go-to person who keeps the office running smoothly, apply now!
