Job Title: Contract and Pricing Analyst

Location: Edison, NJ

Type of Employment: Temporary 6 to 8 months, possibility of extension

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 Days in Office

Hourly: $35/hr - $40/hr based on years of experience

Job Summary:

LHH is working with a medical manufacturing organization in Edison, NJ to hire a Contract and Pricing Analyst. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years or related experience, advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM and this is a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot a wide range of issues with minimal supervision, including pricing discrepancies and system-related problems.

· Act as a pricing subject‑matter expert and collaborate with the sales team to support data‑driven decision‑making for customers and prospects.

· Consolidate and cleanse customer master data to eliminate duplicates and prevent inaccurate transactions.

· Generate and analyze reports to support pricing and contract initiatives, including pricing trends, membership eligibility, and customer data insights.

· Manage the full contract lifecycle, including roster updates and preferred tier requests, ensuring alignment with contract terms.

· Conduct contract audits to confirm compliance and recommend contracts that require further review.

· Contribute to strategic, cross‑functional projects aimed at developing new programs and improving processes based on evolving customer needs.

· Accurately program and communicate pricing updates—such as price lists and discounts—within Oracle in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with sales, customers, customer service, and support teams to resolve pricing inquiries.

· Review contracts in partnership with sales, support, and legal teams to ensure pricing terms are clearly defined and accurate.

· Investigate and evaluate credit requests related to pricing issues.

· Co‑lead the execution of annual price adjustments, including planning, communication, and implementation.

· Participate in system testing activities to support departmental needs.

· Assist both internal and external stakeholders with pricing requests and questions related to customer master data.

· Create and maintain work instructions, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

· Bachelors Degree in a related field

· At least 3 years of pricing or contract analyst experience

· Advanced MS Excel skills

· Experience working in PowerBI

· Knowledge of Oracle and/or Microsoft Dynamics 356 a plus

· Medical industry experience a plus

· Must possess a knack for numbers, analysis and data manipulation



Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
