LHH has partnered with a client on the northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana targeting an experienced Customer Experience Manager. This role will oversee a team of 20-30 individuals including 2 supervisors. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in customer service or operations strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer service operations, overseeing the daily operations of the department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training, support and performance evaluations
Manage escalated customer inquires and complaints
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Collaborate with other departments including, sales and production, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas of improvements
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service lead or customer experience/operations management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
CRM or ERP experience
