Accounts Payable Specialist – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Location: Near Euclid, OH

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $25/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Verify invoice accuracy, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor records and assist with month-end closing.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous accounts payable experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
