About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be a key player in the finance team, responsible for managing incoming payments, applying cash, and maintaining clean, accurate records. You’ll work in a motivating and exciting environment where your contributions are recognized and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and apply cash receipts to customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate with internal departments and external clients
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Support month-end close and reporting activities

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
• A bubbly, energetic attitude and a passion for teamwork
