Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal – Ongoing Project Role (In-Office)

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Houston, TX, near Galleria (fully in office)
Parking: Provided by the firm

Position Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury (Plaintiff) professional to assist with overflow work, specifically in motor vehicle accident and trucking litigation. This is a long?term, project-based role supporting 1–2 attorneys with active caseloads.

Work Schedule

Choose one of the following schedules:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with daily case activities and help keep files moving efficiently
• Prepare detailed medical summaries and organize medical records
• Assist with trial preparation, including drafting and filing documents
• Perform general case management tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience required— motor vehicle accidents and trucking cases specifically
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred, but not required; non-bilingual candidates may still be considered
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
