LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support a high-volume Corporate Talent Acquisition function. This role requires advanced Workday Recruiting expertise, strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills, and hands-on recruiting experience within the oil & gas, onshore, midstream, offshore, and highly niched HSE/safety/compliance talent markets.

Job: Senior Recruiter – Corporate Talent Acquisition

Location: Houston, TX 77042
Work Model: Hybrid (3 onsite / 2 remote; Mondays required onsite)
Compensation: Up to $90,000 base + bonus, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Workday Responsibilities

  • Managing 20–25+ requisitions across corporate, technical, and operational functions

  • Partnering with an offshore Workday support team

  • Moving candidates through every workflow step accurately and independently

  • Maintaining clean, compliant data and reporting integrity

  • Creating, posting, updating, and dispositioning requisitions

LinkedIn Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Advanced Boolean search strategies

  • Targeting passive talent in oil & gas, midstream, offshore, and HSE markets

  • Personalized outreach and messaging to increase conversion

  • Market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping

  • Deep familiarity with niche talent pools across energy and safety-related functions

Industry Preference — Energy Recruiting Expertise

Ideal candidates will bring experience recruiting in:

  • Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, offshore)

  • Onshore operations

  • Gulf-region workforce

  • Corporate and technical roles within energy

  • Highly niche, compliance-heavy functions:

    • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

    • Compliance & Risk

    • Investigations

    • Safety & Regulatory Affairs

Understanding of these industry-specific roles and workflows is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, and niche HSE/compliance/safety roles

  • Support ~20–25 onshore requisitions + collaborate with offshore TA resources

  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leaders; build credibility quickly

  • Use Workday to maintain recruiting workflow integrity and compliance

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to map, source, and engage passive talent

  • Support TA programs, onboarding, and early-career initiatives

  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects (15+ outside of TA)

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of corporate recruiting experience

  • Workday Recruiting experience

  • LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience

  • Energy industry recruiting experience highly preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
