LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical AR Specialist for our healthcare client located in the Houston. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract opportunity assisting with a cleanup project. This will be a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.

This role will be focusing on the backend AR process and will be helping our client cleanup their backlog. Interested candidates must feel comfortable jumping in with little to no training and must be knowledgable of Government payers. This will be a high-volume position will production expectations that management will outline.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in medical billing/backend accounts receivable required
• Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communciation skills, especially phone etiquette
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgment calls when needed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day in order to meet deadlines
• Able to meet production metrics as outlined by management
