Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee all regional financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.
Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to enhance financial performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller at the regional level.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
