Site Safety Manager – Eastern Oregon
LHH is working with a client in Eastern Oregon seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety efforts at a large construction site. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety training and awareness sessions
 - Investigate and document incidents
 - Perform site inspections and manage safety equipment
 - Collaborate with field leadership to promote a safety-first culture
 
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or manufacturing
 - OSHA knowledge preferred
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to educate and influence teams effectively
 - Proficiency in MS Office
 
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
