LHH has partnered with a growing E-Commerce company in Harrisburg, PA in their search for an accounting clerk. (Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, processing invoices for payment, and supporting basic accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain financial data with a high level of accuracy

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

• Support the accounting team with general administrative tasks

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
