LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent company Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking Construction Contracts Attorney. This role is hybrid.. This is a long term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience with Construction contracts for both contractors and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and redline various contracts, specifically construction agreements
Upload contracts into a CLM system
Interact with Attorneys and other staff
Any other duties required of the role
Experience:
3+ years of contract review and drafting experience with a focus on construction contracts
Great research and contact drafting skills
Ability to go onsite to Englewood Cliffs NJ in a hybrid capacity
JD and licensed to practice in New Jersey
Pay Details: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
