LHH is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to supporting one attorney with all aspects of personal injury cases. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the legal process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct case intake and gather essential client and case details.
  • Manage client communication to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
  • Organize and review medical records, police reports, and insurance documentation.
  • Coordinate depositions, medical examinations, and court appearances.
  • Maintain case files and ensure all relevant information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare settlement demands and assist in negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, subpoenas, and witness lists.
  • Track deadlines for filings, hearings, and discovery responses.

Qualifications:


  • Paralegal certificate or relevant experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of the litigation process and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
