LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for contract-to-hire Accounts Payable Invoice Indexing opportunity with a distributor company in Fort Worth, TX. The pay is between $60K-$65K, depending on experience. This employer is looking for a team player with AP Disbursement experience and strong Research experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage AP disbursements, including check releases and weekly check runs.

• Review bank accounts and track payments/disbursements.

• Perform account reconciliations.

• Post debits, credits, and credit memos as needed.

• Assist with Excel reporting.

• Support AP department processing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AP experience, including AP disbursements and account reconciliations.

• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

• Flexible team player; able to assist with department needs.

• Banking or treasury knowledge preferred.
