LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for contract-to-hire Accounts Payable Invoice Indexing opportunity with a distributor company in Fort Worth, TX. The pay is between $60K-$65K, depending on experience. This employer is looking for a team player with AP Disbursement experience and strong Research experience. Responsibilities:
Manage AP disbursements, including check releases and weekly check runs.
Review bank accounts and track payments/disbursements.
Perform account reconciliations.
Post debits, credits, and credit memos as needed.
Assist with Excel reporting.
Support AP department processing.
Qualifications:
3+ years of AP experience, including AP disbursements and account reconciliations.
Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Flexible team player; able to assist with department needs.
Banking or treasury knowledge preferred.
