Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr Lease Administrator to join our team in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate and will be responsible for understanding the administrative aspects of contracts. This role involves coordinating with tenants and contractors, ensuring that services such as electrical and plumbing work are arranged for tenants in shopping centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and manage the administrative parts of contracts.
Coordinate with tenants and contractors to arrange services such as electricians and plumbers for tenant stores in shopping centers.
Verify that bills received for services are correct, match the contract on file, and ensure contracts are up to date (e.g., snow removal, landscaping).
Focus on detail-oriented tasks, ensuring accuracy in matching bills to contracts.
Requirements:
Must have a background in commercial real estate.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
