LHH is looking for a detail-driven Paralegal with a passion for commercial real estate to join a boutique Fort Worth law firm and be part of a growing team that values precision, collaboration, and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
• Conduct title and survey reviews, draft closing documents, and analyze leases
• Coordinate with title companies, clients, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
• Prepare deal outlines, calculate critical dates, and maintain transaction calendars
• Form corporate entities and manage related filings in Texas and other jurisdictions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong knowledge of title/survey analysis, lease review, and closing documentation
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Bonus: Experience with commercial lending (not required)
