Licensing Administrator Pay Rate: $25 to $30/hour DOE Emeryville, CA
Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Administrator to support the Legal department. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working with alcohol and other state licensing agencies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with licensing applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
Coordinate with state agencies to ensure timely processing of licenses.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for licensing requirements.
Support the Legal department with administrative tasks and special projects.
Research and interpret licensing regulations as needed.
Communicate with internal teams and external agencies regarding licensing matters.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with alcohol and other state licensing agencies preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
