Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Elk Grove, CA (On-site)

Job Type: Contract (5 to 6 months)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. This is a contract role for 5 to 6 months, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
