LHH is seeking a dedicated member to join our client’s Service Administrative team. This role involves tracking, gathering, and compiling data for Field Service billable hours, and creating accurate and timely service invoices. The person will be work closely with Accounting, Field Service Management, Technicians, and other internal departments to ensure customers receive precise and prompt invoices for service delivery. This is a temporary role, where the person will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize company systems to collect, track, and upload service data (technician billable hours, travel time, and expenses).
Generate accurate and timely service invoices.
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable department, Service Management, and customers to resolve invoice issues and make corrections.
Prepare pre-install checklists for customers.
Coordinate with Service scheduling to address customer needs and ensure proper invoicing.
Monitor and compile timekeeping, travel, and expenses for Field Service Technicians, and upload this data to create invoices.
Follow up with serviced accounts to provide excellent customer service.
Process Field Service expense reports and record billable expenses for service invoices.
Maintain an understanding of customer service contract terms and conditions to ensure accurate billing.
Monitor emails and phone calls to assist with resolving issues and customer inquiries.
Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer care.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in billing/invoicing administration.
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
