LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic company in Del Mar, CA. This role will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and a keen eye for detail. The anticipated pay range for this role is $28 to $35/hr.
Responsibilities:
· Process bi-monthly payroll for 100 employees
· Manage payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
· Accurately calculate bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits
· Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
· Collaborate with HR and Finance to address payroll-related inquiries
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
· Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications:
· Experience with Paychex or ADP is highly preferred
· Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
