We’re seeking an experienced Senior Trial Litigation Paralegal for a downtown Dallas law firm who thrives in fast?paced environments and stays calm under pressure. You’ll work closely with a direct, high?energy trial attorney and play a critical role in high?stakes commercial litigation.
Compensation & Schedule
- Up to $175K DOE
- Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
- Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (flexible)
- Billables: 1,600 hours
- Bonus: Discretionary + formula?based
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation
- Attend trials; hot seat; coordinate war rooms; assist with “all hands on deck” trial cycles
- Lead trial prep, document production, and case management
- Travel for trial work (primarily within Texas)
- Heavy use of Relativity and OnCue
What You Need
- 4+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience at a Texas law firm
- Trial experience required—steady under pressure and must not get flustered easily
- Strong proficiency with Relativity and OnCue
- Ability to operate independently in fast?paced environments
- Small/mid?size firm backgrounds welcome; AM Law experience a plus
