A high-growth prepared food company is seeking a hands-on Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager to own the full revenue cycle — from complex sales uploads and reconciliations to cash application and collections. This role will lead a team of 8–9 AR analysts and clerks and will be deeply involved in ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition, commissions, and reporting. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, solving problems, and building scalable processes. This role is paying $90,000-$100,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
Reconcile sales uploads in NetSuite from multiple external partners and systems
Review pricing, promotions, and commissions — ensuring accurate calculations and adjustments
Perform journal entries and AR general ledger reconciliations
Investigate and resolve revenue variances and unapplied cash
Support and train AR staff — helping elevate skills from clerical to analytical
Partner cross-functionally with operations to understand store commissions, partner sales, and chef payouts
Document and improve SOPs around revenue recognition and AR workflows
Lead with a hands-on, collaborative approach to ensure timely collections and data integrity
Qualifications:
5+ years of AR, revenue, or general accounting experience
Strong understanding of debits and credits, journal entries, and AR-related GL activity
NetSuite or ERP experience required — must be comfortable working with data uploads and revenue workflows
Experience managing or mentoring AR staff; leadership style must be proactive and supportive
Background in food, franchise, retail, or high-growth environments is a plus
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a changing, fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-first attitude
