We’re seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Legal Assistant to support 2–4 attorneys in a stable, fully in?office role within a collaborative, work/life?balance?focused firm. The firm is located near the Galleria in north Dallas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$85,000 DOE
- Bonus: Discretionary year?end bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage litigation files with accuracy
- Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and transmittal letters
- Handle electronic filing/e?service
- Assist with hearing and deposition preparation
- Maintain thorough, well?organized case documentation
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- Current insurance defense experience (must?have)
- 4+ years of litigation support experience in a Texas law firm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office; excellent document?naming and organizational habits
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in high?pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail, follow?through, and professionalism
