LHH is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a national law firm at their office in Dallas, TX. The paralegal will support 10 attorneys with state and federal commercial litigation, document preparation, trial assistance, and managing billable hours. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, proactive attention to detail, and the ability to handle tasks from start to post-trial.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support a team of 10 attorneys with all business litigation matters
• Assist with significant research, motion for summary judgment, and trial preparation tasks
• E-file in both state and federal courts
• Manage billable hours, expected at 1550 annually
• Prepare and organize case documents for trial
• Assist with motions and related documents under the direction of attorneys
• Maintain high attention to detail, manage deadlines, and anticipate the needs of the litigation team
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
• iManage
• BigHand
• ChromeRiver
• Intapp
• Relativity (discovery platform)
• 3E for billing (timekeeping)
This position is critical to the firm's operations and requires an experienced paralegal capable of managing a high volume of complex litigation tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality work throughout the litigation process.
