LHH is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our client’s dynamic and fast-paced corporate office in Columbus, OH. This role starts on a contract basis and involves verifying that individual company locations are following established protocols. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across our company locations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews of POS data to verify adherence to asset management protocols.
Analyze video footage to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with various departments to address any discrepancies or issues identified.
Provide detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of previous experience in asset management is required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using POS systems and video analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
