LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support in office administration, client interaction, and personal assistance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, including front-desk management, data entry, scheduling, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate will be a polished communicator with a warm, professional demeanor who can maintain a welcoming office atmosphere while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Manage front-desk reception, including answering and directing calls, greeting clients, and handling mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain office organization, including ordering supplies, keeping common areas tidy, and ensuring a professional work environment.

  • Assist with email management, drafting correspondence, and preparing documents as needed.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take detailed notes when required.

Data Entry & Record-Keeping:

  • Accurately enter and update client information in the internal database to ensure comprehensive, up-to-date records.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring quick and efficient access to necessary information.

  • Assist with reporting and documentation to support office efficiency.

Personal Assistance & Scheduling:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination to optimize workflow and minimize scheduling conflicts.

  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Prepare agendas, compile necessary documents, and ensure readiness for client meetings and presentations.

  • Assist with additional personal or business-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Client Experience & Interaction:

  • Provide a high level of hospitality, ensuring all clients feel welcomed and comfortable during their visits.

  • Offer refreshments and maintain a professional, inviting reception area.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Red Tail Client Tracking Software or similar CRM systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Prior experience in administrative support, office management, executive assistance, or client-facing roles preferred.

Pay: $31,000 - $35,000

Schedule: 9 am – 6 pm (Monday – Friday)

Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.



Pay Details: $31,000.00 to $35,000.00 per year
