About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Cleveland office. This is a fully onsite role providing administrative and front‑desk support while assisting the tax team during their busy spring deadlines. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to interact with all levels of management and external clients.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls

  • Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, mail, deliveries, and document preparation

  • Assist with meeting and meal setup/cleanup

  • Support the tax department with administrative tasks throughout the spring filing season

  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations

  • Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions


Basic Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

  • Three (3)+ years of administrative assistant experience required

  • Prior experience in a professional services environment preferred

Software

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and professionalism

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and external clients

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information

  • Organized, proactive, and committed to improving processes

  • Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed
