Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a competitive pay rate of $20-$23 per hour. The role is 100% onsite, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with our team in Clearwater, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and send out invoices
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
